The Club Leadership Team is comprised of The Club Officers, Board of Directors, Advisory Committee, Finance Task Group, Constitution Task Group, and the Club Historian. It is the primary task of the Club Leadership Team to take a leadership role in assuring the successful conduct of the club and its operations and services each year. This purpose specifically includes assisting the President in the discharge of the duties of the Presidency, including, but not limited to, the management of the Club Office.

This team has three main goals

1. To seek successful implementation of the team approach approved by the Club's Board of Directors.

2. For each member of the Club Leadership Team to reach out to new members and do what is necessary to assure their successful integration in the Denver Den.

3. To receive goals from each team, help refine them, and communicate them to the club.

Individuals who wish to volunteer should indicate their interest in serving as a member of the Club Leadership Team to the current Club President, First Vice President, or Second Vice President, or to former Club Presidents, who are all members of the Club's Advisory Committee.

Club Officers and members of the Club's Board of Directors (in addition to Trustees of the Denver Lions Foundation) are elected each spring from nominations by the nominating committee, which is convened on or about March 1 of each year. Under the Club's Constitution, the Nominating Committee consists of the immediate past President of the Club, the current President, the first Vice President, the second Vice President, and three additional members of the Advisory Committee.
