Brian Good is Deputy Manager at Denver Water with responsibility for organizational improvement. He oversees implementation of Denver Water’s strategic plan throughout the organization and works on a variety of projects to enhance internal operations, efficiency and customer service, including implementation of Lean business practices.  

Denver Water is Colorado’s oldest and largest water utility, a municipally owned entity that provides drinking and recycled water to approximately 1.3 million people in the Denver metro area. Before his role as Deputy Manager, Brian served as Denver Water’s Director of Operations & Maintenance and in supervisory roles at two water treatment plants including the Water Recycling Plant. Prior to his time at Denver Water, Brian was employed by Illinois American Water. Brian is an instructor at the University of Colorado where he helped design and co-teaches a series of classes on water utility management. He is a former (and future) Rotarian and is past-president of the WateReuse Association.

Brian holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Colorado.
