Why: The Denver Lions Club, as part of Lions Clubs International, is sponsoring an international evening of connections, conversations, and community. If you, or someone you know, is connected to the international community, we would love to have you join us. Tasty hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Featured speakers Attorney General Phil Weiser and Gabe Martinez, the Denver Metro Regional Director from Senator Michael Bennet's office, will discuss immigration, culture, and community strength. The evening will cap with a performance by Ecuadorian Opera Vocalists. This is not a political event. The Denver Lions Club is one of the founding clubs of Lions Clubs International. LCI is in more than 200 countries and geographic regions with over 1.4 million members in over 40,000 clubs. We Serve everywhere. Tickets to this event are free of cost but limited in number, so please register yourself and one fellow attendee before tickets run out. Also, readers and sunglasses We need your help, no experience necessary. This is a great event where we help people see again. We need to see to succeed |

Come to the Denver Den sorting event. At the last event, 34 volunteer Lions, friends, and family sorted 20,000 eyeglasses. Many hands make short work of the project.

Location: Baptist Church 1373 Grant St, Denver
Parking: Next to the church. Please stop by the church office to obtain a parking tag.
Room: The sorting room is on the lower floor. There is an elevator and dollies to assist with moving boxes.
RSVP: We need to know who is coming so we can have enough food.
